Neil is a licensed residential builder, licensed real estate agent, and licensed drone pilot, bringing a well-rounded, field-tested perspective to construction, development, and property evaluation.

Neil grew up on job sites, learning the trade hands-on while helping build churches, gyms, and hotels. Construction was never just a career path for him. It was an education earned through early mornings, long days, and an appreciation for doing things the right way. That foundation shaped how he approach projects, people, and responsibility.
Neil has lived in Jackson County his entire life and remains deeply invested in its people, neighborhoods, and future. PG38 Development is rooted here by design. We believe development should strengthen communities, respect the land, and reflect long-term thinking, not short-term gain.
A Family-First Company
Neil is happily married to his wife Stacey, and together they are raising their four children: Emersyn, Brexon, Peyton, and Grant. Family is not something he balances against work. It is the reason behind it.

Community Involvement & Leadership
Outside of his professional work, he is committed to raising his children in their faith and giving back to the community that shaped him. He volunteers with the Lumen Christi Football and Basketball programs, He also enjoys coaching, mentoring, and supporting young athletes throughout the community.
His experience in coaching reinforces the same core values that guide effective construction and development practices: preparation, discipline, teamwork, and accountability. He is passionate about working with young athletes across the state, helping them develop not only in their sport, but also in character.
